It is vital that you, as an owner, are kept fully up-to-date with all that is going on with your horse in training. At Axom, we believe that there can never be enough communication and, as well as a regular newsletter, you can keep in touch via a non-premium rate hotline, dedicated Owners’ website and a free text and email service. The Axom team’s professional and personal service means that you can take full advantage of life as a racehorse owner.

Regular stable visits are organised at your trainer’s yard and if these dates do not suit you, it is usually possible to arrange a bespoke appointment. There is nothing like watching your horse work on the gallops on a beautiful morning at one of the most historic training yards in the country and so many of our trainers are lucky enough to train in stunning surroundings.

After visiting your horse, we encourage owners to get together for lunch and this gives you the opportunity to meet the Axom team and your fellow owners who will be enjoying the journey with you.

When your horse runs, you will be entitled to an Owner’s badge which will allow you access into the Paddock, Winners’ Enclosure and Owners’ Bar. Badges for your guests can usually be purchased at a reduced price. Win or lose, we like to take all owners and their guests for a drink after their horse has run and this social aspect of racehorse ownership is highly valued at Axom.

If you choose to purchase a share in a yearling, not only can you dream of future Classic glory, but also choose a name for your exciting new acquisition. It is also fascinating to watch your yearling being broken in and learning the first steps of life as a racehorse.

With Axom, you do not have to worry about anything other than the set monthly payments – there are no hidden extras so you know exactly what you are paying from the very beginning. All your payments are inclusive of Value Added Tax and this is reclaimed on your behalf over the course of the syndicate - every penny is paid back to you, in full. Axom make no deductions from any prize money won and this is divided equally between owners at the end of the syndicate term.

As an owner with Axom, you are individually insured for public liability for up to £10,000,000 and this peace of mind will enable you to enjoy life as a racehorse owner without any of the potential headaches.
